The Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by The News Journal’s partner, Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures unique drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including: alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, and workplace benefits. Only 60 Delaware companies were ranked high enough by their employees to be placed on the 2020 Top Workplaces Winners List and the winners represent companies of various sizes, in a wide range of industries throughout the state.
