About Steve
Steve has been serving our Delaware investment holding companies since he joined the firm in 2001. He handles the entire workflow cycle for special purpose entity clients – from subsidiary set-up to situs establishment, all the way through comprehensive accounting and tax planning services.
Due to his diverse background and experience helping clients with their accounting, bookkeeping, and income tax preparation, he can see the bigger picture, which has helped him to play a major role in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Service department. Steve’s client service philosophy builds on the foundation of paying close attention to detail as well as deadlines.
