About Vivienne

Vivienne has been helping Delaware Holding Investment Companies remain compliant within the holding company umbrella since February 2008. She assists for-profit companies in a wide range of industries by managing their accounting, controllership services, treasury functions, analyzing and preparing financial statements, reviewing sales tax compliance within multiple subsidiaries, annual report generation, accounting system management, and many other ad-hoc engagements.

As a key member in the firm’s Delaware Holding Company practice group, Vivienne enjoys building strong relationships with everyone she works with at a company and being part of her client’s team as their liaison. She manages relationships with numerous departments within each client, listens to their needs, and builds solutions. Her responsive, high-touch client service philosophy coupled with her prior experience of working in-house for a private company in their finance department, gives her a unique understanding of her clients’ needs. Clients rely on her for guidance and have confidence in the services provided.
